Nicolas Reeves

Filling the GCC-EU Strategic Partnership with Meaning: Understanding Ends, Means, and Paths Forward

Nicolas Reeves is a Research Fellow with the Regional Programme Gulf States of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). His research for KAS focuses on the foreign policies of the Gulf states, GCC-EU relations, and socioeconomic transition processes occurring across the Arabian Peninsula. He holds a dual master’s degree in international development and political science from Sciences Po Paris and Freie Universität Berlin. Before beginning his studies at the master’s level, he studied Arabic at the American University in Cairo as a Center for Arabic Study Abroad (CASA) Fellow. Mr Reeves completed his bachelor’s studies in international affairs and economics at the George Washington University.
