Kuwait oil minister told Reuters that he is expecting to see a balance in oil market by the end of 2019 as global inventories fall and demand remains strong. The Kuwaiti minister explained that oil demand growth faces uncertainty as a result of the U.S.-China trade dispute, and at the same time, U.S. oil production continues to rise.
