Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) said it has awarded a KD43 million ($140 million) contract to India’s Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to build 132/11kV substations for the South Sabah Al Ahmad residential development. The deal covers the supply, installation, implementation and maintenance of 10 main transformer stations in the project’s N2, N4 and N6 areas.
