  • Middle East Crude Oil Exports Rebound to 12.8 Million bpd
Crude oil exports from major Middle Eastern producers are on track to reach approximately 12.8 million barrels per day in September, the highest level since the regional conflict began in February, according to preliminary Kpler data. The recovery has been driven by increased shipments from Saudi Arabia and the UAE and by higher flows through the Strait of Hormuz, which are expected to reach about 7.4 million bpd this month. Saudi crude exports alone are projected at approximately 5.4 million bpd in September, up from 2.446 million bpd in August, while shipments from Ras Tanura have risen to around 3.6 million bpd. Despite the rebound, total regional crude exports remain approximately 6 million bpd below the 18.8 million bpd recorded in February.
