Saudi Energy minister, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, said in a press conference today that oil output will be back to pre-attack levels by the end of September. The largest oil processing facility and the nearby oil field were attacked on Saturday knocking out 5.7 million barrels of daily oil production from Saudi Arabia.
