Algerian Oil Minister and OPEC President Mohamed Arkab announced that a technical panel has given its recommendation that OPEC countries need to extend oil supply cuts until the end of 2020 due to Coronavirus. Sectors such as tourism, transportation, and logistics have all seen a slump within China and amongst other Asian countries as well.
