Oman's OQ Group signed two memoranda of cooperation to explore investment and collaboration opportunities across Angola's energy and industrial sectors. The agreements cover potential cooperation in upstream oil and gas exploration and production, refining and petrochemicals, LNG, renewable energy and energy infrastructure. OQ is also evaluating a proposed 500 MW renewable energy project in Angola as part of its broader effort to expand its international energy investments. The memoranda are preliminary cooperation agreements, and final investment values and project timelines have not yet been announced.
