In reference to Yemen, the Act posits: It is the policy of the United States to continue to support and further efforts to bring an end to conflict in Yemen, and to work with allies and partners to address ongoing humanitarian needs of Yemeni civilians. The Act also extends the prohibition of in-flight refueling of non-United States aircrafts that engage in hostilities in the ongoing civil war in Yemen.
