According to Reuters, Riyadh has been finding difficulty in marketing its oil as demands dropped while the kingdom increased its oil supply after failing to agree with Moscow on the extension of OPEC+ agreement. Royal Dutch Shell, Finland’s Neste, and U.S. Polish and Indian refiners were taking less or not taking any oil for April.
