Saudi Arabia’s second large-scale green hydrogen and ammonia hub will be nearly twice the size of the 2.2GW Neom complex currently under construction, Hydrogen Insight has learned. The project’s developer, ACWA Power, had announced earlier this month that it had signed a joint development agreement with German energy firm EnBW to build the Yanbu Green Hydrogen Hub by 2030.
