Emma Frazier was Research Assistant Intern at the Forum and is a Master’s student at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, pursuing an M.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in International Security Studies. Her academic work focuses on regional security and great-power competition in the Middle East, with particular emphasis on U.S. strategic interests in the Gulf and evolving partnerships with countries such as Saudi Arabia. Her research interests include U.S. foreign policy, U.S. national security strategy, and the intersection of socio-economic development and security cooperation in shaping regional dynamics. She currently serves as a Policy Intern with the Intelligence and National Security Alliance.
