Tamara has more than 9 years of experience conducting global research and analysis across different sectors with a strong focus on the MENA & EU regions. She is specialized in exploring diplomacy efforts between Europe and the GCC, and developing policy recommendations for EU-MENA relationship building. Her recent projects include art exchanges and cultural diplomacy between the EU & the GCC, advancing responsible tech ethics among investors in innovation start-ups, and promoting the inclusion of all workers in just transitions. Tamara holds a BA in International Politics from King’s College London and an MA in Global Diplomacy at the School of Oriental and African Studies.
