Active Energy Group PLC has received formal approval from Saudi Arabia’s Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA), marking a significant milestone in its Middle East expansion strategy. The approval enables the company to move forward with establishing a locally incorporated operating entity in the Kingdom and supports its plans to deploy a next-generation AI and high-performance computing modular data center platform. AEG intends to form a Saudi subsidiary to develop and operate its energy-optimized digital infrastructure model in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.
