Justice department investigating major oil stock trades
The U.S. Justice Department is investigating at least four oil stock trades made in March and April, which made a total of $2.6 billion. The trades correctly timed U.S. president Donald Trump’s announcement he would delay attacks on Iran’s power grids. The investigation is said to be in early stages, with the probe being led by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
