Dr. Emma Soubrier is a Non-Resident Fellow at Gulf International Forum. She is also a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Middle East Studies, George Washington University, and a Postdoctoral Associated Researcher at the Centre de Recherche Michel de l’Hospital, Université Clermont Auvergne.
